  1. High-Strength Integrated Frame

    The equipment features a heavy-duty welded steel plate structure with a gantry-style frame design, ensuring overall rigidity under high-load rolling conditions, effectively suppressing deformation and vibration.


  2. High-Precision Forming System

    Forming roller shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel through forging, precision CNC machining, heat treatment (quenching and tempering), and high-precision grinding. The rollers exhibit high hardness and wear resistance, maintaining forming accuracy over the long term. Each pass is equipped with radial and axial micro-adjustment mechanisms for precise calibration and consistent cross-sectional shape.


  3. Modular Forming Units

    The modular frame design allows flexible adjustment of roller configuration and the number of forming passes according to requirements such as wave height, pitch, and plate thickness. This ensures strong adaptability and facilitates future product upgrades and modifications.


  4. Automated Control System

    The machine utilizes a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for fully automated operation control. It can store multiple production parameter sets, supports automatic/manual mode switching, and includes functions such as automatic length sizing, fault self-diagnosis, and operational data logging.


  5. Optional Extended Functions

    Configurable options include automatic loading and decoiling systems, levelers, servo cut-to-length systems, automatic punching units, online hemming/locking devices, and automatic stacking and receiving systems, enabling a complete automated production line.
