1. High Rigidity Frame System

  • Structural Design: Utilizes an integrally welded heavy steel structural frame, optimized through finite element analysis to ensure structural stability under high-load conditions.


  • Vibration Damping Design: Equipped with a dynamic balancing system and vibration dampers, effectively suppressing vibration and noise during equipment operation.


  • Installation Accuracy: Frame mounting flatness ≤0.05mm/m, ensuring alignment accuracy of the roller system.


2. Precision Forming System

  • Roller Material: Employs high-grade tool steels such as D2, DC53, vacuum heat-treated to achieve a hardness of HRC60-62.


  • Processing Technology: Forming rollers are machined using 5-axis CNC machine tools, with surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm.


  • Adjustment Mechanism: Each pass is equipped with a hydraulically assisted micro-adjustment system, with adjustment accuracy of ±0.02mm.


  • Temperature Control: Incorporates a roller temperature monitoring and cooling system to maintain forming stability.
